Purchase Agreement & Refund Policy
- Introduction
a) Thank you for
choosing to support Paradise Roleplay! Your generous donations play a crucial
role in helping us achieve our mission and make a positive impact on the
community. To ensure transparency and clarity regarding donations,
transactions, and purchases, we have established this policy to outline the terms
and conditions related to the non-refundable nature of purchases and
chargebacks on our platform.
b)
This document describes the PURCHASE AGREEMENT & REFUND
POLICY of Paradise Roleplay and defines the terms and
conditions of every purchase made on our platform.
c)
It is required that you read the contents of this document at every
purchase. If you agree with the contents of the information, you can continue
with the payment processor to purchase your product, otherwise, you may choose
to close the purchase window.
- Item
Description
a) Paradise Credits (Pc’s, Credits,
Cr’s) represent a digital currency utilized in our virtual world. These credits
are redeemable for a variety of digital services and assets, obtainable at our
credit stores, which are accessible through our website: shop.paradise-rp.com or in-game.
b) When you purchase
Paradise Credits, our team will receive a notification as soon as the payment
processor confirms that the transaction was successful. Once we have received
this confirmation, we will deliver the Paradise Credits to your Paradise
Roleplay account without any delay. Please note: that the delivery
time may vary depending on the payment method you choose. If you have any
questions about your Paradise Credits purchase or delivery, please contact our
support team by creating a ticket.
c) When you use credits
to redeem digital services and assets such transactions are non-transferrable.
This means that you cannot trade or transfer the redeemed services and assets
to other accounts or characters. Once credits are redeemed, they are tied to
the account or character that made the transaction.
d) It is important to be aware that the digital services and
assets you redeem using credits may have certain features restricted by our
gaming service or administration if you fail to comply with our community
policies and guidelines. Therefore, we urge you to follow our rules and
guidelines to avoid any inconvenience.
e) Please be advised
that the digital services and assets that you redeem using credits are not
equipped with any special in-game protection. It is important to note that
these services and assets are not immune to negative in-game circumstances or
events, which may have a detrimental effect on your ability to use them.
Therefore, exercise caution when redeeming credits, as any potential
negative consequences will be your responsibility.
f) Credits redeemed for digital services or assets may change post-purchase
due to development or administration decisions. It is important to note that
such changes are made at our discretion and may occur without prior notice. We
appreciate your understanding in this matter.
- Access
Restriction
a) Paradise Roleplay retains
the right to limit your access to our virtual world for an indefinite
period if your conduct and/or activities are deemed to be detrimental or
hostile to our service, or if your actions violate our server rules. The
decision to restrict access is made by at our teams discretion and will be
determined based on the severity of the violation. It's important to note that
the restrictions we enforce are intended to maintain the integrity of our
virtual world and ensure a positive experience for all users.
b) Paradise Roleplay
has the authority to limit your access to the credits you have purchased and/or
the assets you have redeemed in our virtual world. This restriction may apply
under certain circumstances, which are defined and explained in point 3(a)
of the Purchase Agreement and Refund Policy.
- Chargeback
Fraud
a) once the purchased
credits are delivered to your account, any attempt to forcefully chargeback one
or more of your payments will be treated as chargeback fraud, and appropriate
legal action will be taken against the fraudulent activity.
b) In response to an attempted chargeback fraud, Paradise
Roleplay has the full right to apply sanctions. It is essential to note that the
outcome of the case does not affect our ability to act. We take chargeback
fraud very seriously, and we will not tolerate any form of fraudulent activity.
Chargeback fraud is a violation of our terms of service and a breach of trust.
Therefore, we may apply the following sanctions in response:
- Restrict your
access to our gaming service, which includes a ban on your account, all
your private data and/or personally identifiable information for
an indefinite amount of time without the ability to appeal the ban in the future.
- Clear all
your in-game assets completely and permanently, which includes assets
both acquired with the use of credits and/or in-game money.
- Similar
sanctions could be applied onto other beneficiaries and/or their in-game
assets, if they had ever been gifted any fraction of the credits
purchased with a fraudulent payment.
- Refund Policy
a) In the event that
any of the conditions outlined in points 5.a.1, 5.a.2, and 5.a.3 are found to
be valid, your request for a refund will be declined, and your eligibility and
entitlement to such a refund will be revoked. Paradise Roleplay reserves the
right to exercise its discretion in determining the validity of your request,
and shall not be held liable for any decision made in accordance with such
discretion.
- Your access
to our virtual world and/or your purchased credits and/or assets
redeemed with the use of credits has been restricted, as defined and
described in point 3.a.
- You redeemed a
fraction or the full amount of your credits at least
once to purchase or to unlock digital services and/or assets or
have already had gifted a fraction or the full amount of
your credits at least once to another user.
- At
least 14 calendar days have passed since the successful
delivery of your purchased credits to your Paradise Roleplay account.
a) If the credits have
been delivered successfully, and if point 5.a does not apply,
then you are eligible and/or entitled to a full refund minus the
payment processor fees.
b)
If the credits have not been delivered successfully, then you are
eligible and/or entitled to a full refund, however, it is recommended to
contact a server administrator and request for the credits to be added.
